  • Residential: Single Family Residences (Stabilized, Duplexes & Value-add).
  • Land: Entitled for residential development up to 4 units and for Commercial/Mixed use with more than 70% exposure to MF.
  • Multifamily: Opportunistic value-add up to 150 units. Core+ up to 300 units.
  • Other: NNN Retail, Low occupancy office, Hospitality, NPL.
